FAQ

Originals versus prints, commissions, shipping, returns. The practical side of the work, without the sales language.

  1. 01How long does it take to create a piece?

There is no fixed timeline. Some pieces have taken up to three months, off and on. Others have been completed in less than a day. Each work is unique in its making.

  2. 02Do you take commissions?

Yes, though I am selective. I keep commissions consistent with the body of work so the narrative stays fluent. Most of my time is spent growing the work for exhibition.

  3. 03Can I purchase original artwork?

Yes. Available originals are listed under Work. Add a canvas to the cart and pay on this site — shipping address is collected at checkout. If you are interested in a piece that is not listed, write through the contact form.

  4. 04What are your payment terms?

All work is sold at full price, paid in full on this site before shipping. Installment plans are not offered.

  5. 05What shipping options do you offer?

Shipping is calculated from the buyer’s location. Most items ship via UPS.

  6. 06What is your return policy?

Returns within 30 days, original condition and packaging. Custom orders cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect items: write immediately so I can make it right.

  7. 07Do you accept wholesale from consultants and interior designers?

Sometimes. Please reach out through the contact form.

  8. 08Are you interested in being contacted by galleries or agents?

Yes. Please write through the contact form.

  9. 09What is a Giclée print?

A Giclée print (pronounced “zhee-clay”) is a high-quality reproduction created with pigment-based inks on archival paper or canvas. Colors remain stable for over a hundred years. Prints match the dimensions of the originals, but original canvases remain unique: they carry hand-applied gold gilding and embroidery, and that imagery is never reproduced on canvas.

  10. 10Do you provide consulting?

I consult on AI innovation, AI design, storytelling, product development, and product management at $175 per hour. Write through the contact form with a clear outline of objectives, challenges, and relevant background.
